Welcome Home Senior Services and Placement Company is family-owned and operated with a mission to help seniors find the ideal independent living, assisted living or memory care community. Founded in 2015 by Faith Bandklayder, Welcome Home Senior Services and Placement Company prides itself on personalized care and client satisfaction. Faith has over 17 years of experience in the senior living industry. She runs the company alongside her husband, Neil Wasserman, who concentrates his efforts on business development and networking. 

 

Faith is committed to offering personalized, hands-on assistance to clients seeking professional aid. and specializes in aiding seniors during their transition into assisted living, independent living, or memory care facilities. We proudly represent over 500 senior living communities in Miami-Dade, Broward, The Palm Beaches, the Florida Keys, as well as Lee and Collier Counties on Florida’s West Coast.

 

Our goal is to simplify the process of transitioning to a new facility. We meticulously select senior living facilities that cater to the social, cognitive, financial, and physical requirements unique to each client. By engaging in thorough, 1-on-1 consultations, we can get better insight into the specific needs of each client in order to help us identify a facility that will be right for the.
