The Suites centers on independent living. Royale provides assisted living support. Renaissance supports people living with memory loss and those who need more help with everyday tasks. The Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Care and admission needs are assessed individually.

What does it cost to live at The Palace?

Ask for a current quote based on the community, residence, occupancy, and care needs. Welcome Home can help you clarify included services, optional charges, and available rooms.

Can my loved one receive more care later?

The Kendall campus offers several levels of care. A change in needs may require an assessment and a move to another residence; suitability and availability must be confirmed.

Is Welcome Home part of The Palace?

No. Welcome Home is a separate senior placement service that helps families explore communities and coordinate next steps. Your inquiry on this page goes to Welcome Home.
